The certification process includes, but is not limited to, the following: the selection process used to secure employees and volunteers, church procedures for reporting abuse, a definition of abuse, signed statements from the applicants stating that the applicant has never been formally accused, found guilty, or entered a guilty plea in a court of law to any form of child abuse and neglect, and signed statements from the applicants that they will abide by church policies.

Required Forms

The following forms are required to be completed each year for all students. Please feel free to complete the forms and then either email the forms to Paula Kamman or drop them off in the office. Only ONE Emergency Information Card and Parent Agreement Form is required for each family.

St. Peter's Lutheran School implements the Indiana State Standards as a minimum guide for instruction. Our expectation is that all students will excel beyond the State Standards. A comprehensive curriculum guide is currently being developed through our Rubicon Atlas online program. Until an easy-to-read document is available, please do not hesitate to speak with our principal or teachers about our curriculum.
