4. Copy of Birth Certificate - Kindergarten Only
5. Copy of Immunization Records - Kindergarten Only
6. Student academic screening and parent/guardian interview
7. Approval Decision
8. Pay $75 non-refundable Registration Fee (Due within two weeks of acceptance)
