Fitness for Christ! Life | Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes that combine faith, fitness, and fellowship. Classes provide the opportunity to be in community with one another while glorifying God through physical fitness.

The 2020 Winter round of classes will run from the week of January 13th through the week of March 2nd (8 weeks) *NO classes on Monday, January 20th (Martin Luther King Jr. Day). Classes will meet once a week for the 8 weeks. The class schedule and descriptions are listed below. 


-1 hour classes cost $20.00 total for 8 weeks and 30 minute classes cost $5.00 total for 8 weeks (*unless noted otherwise)

-If you would like to take multiple classes per week, please register for each class separately even if it is the same type of class.

           Mat Pilates with Sarah

        - Mondays from 3:45pm-4:45pm (*NO class on Jan. 20th)

        - Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm


         Senior Strength and Stretch

        - Mondays from 10:00am-11:00am (*NO class on Jan. 20th)

        - Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:00am


        - Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

        - Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm

          Core (*30 minutes only)

        - Tuesdays from Noon-12:30pm

Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates with Sarah: This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your core "powerhouse" muscles through a blend of traditional Mat Pilates and strength training exercises.

Senior Strength and Stretch: A class designed for seniors to increase strength and flexibility in order to improve or maintain activities of daily living.

Strength/Cardio: This class is a full-body workout that uses a variety of strength and cardio training exercises.

Core: 30 minute class that focuses on strengthening the core. Exercises such as planks, crunches, and bridges will be performed.

Recreational volleyball open gym for anybody 18 years or older. Usually meet one or two Fridays per month (September through May). Contact Dustin Weber at for more information and to be added to the email list.
