Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates with Sarah: This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your core "powerhouse" muscles through a blend of traditional Mat Pilates and strength training exercises.


Senior Strength and Stretch: A class designed for seniors to increase strength and flexibility in order to improve or maintain activities of daily living.


Strength/Cardio: This class is a full-body workout that uses a variety of strength and cardio training exercises.


Core: 30 minute class that focuses on strengthening the core. Exercises such as planks, crunches, and bridges will be performed.
