Children's ministry

Our goal is to partner with parents in the spiritual development of their children.

We have created a high-energy environment for children to

DISCOVER THE LOVE OF JESUS, where they can WORSHIP God,

CONNECT with others, GROW in the word, and SERVE our world!

We have a wonderful group of trained volunteers excited about sharing

the Word of God with your amazing children.

... Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them,

for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” —Matthew 19:14

    • Christmas Eve Drama will be presented by the children of St Peter's on Christmas Eve at the 4:30pm service.  Journey to Bethlehem Follow The Star is a journey that will take us to Galilee where a carpenter is visited by an angel in a dream; to the desert where visitors from the East follow a star and a promise; to the fields outside Bethlehem where a group of shepherds watch their flocks; and to the temple of Jerusalem where the centuries-old prophecy of love and redemption is soon to be fulfilled. Journey To Bethlehem runs approximately 1 hour and combines worshipful narration, Bible readings, fun drama sketches and singing to create a fresh and joyful examination of the birth of our Savior.
    • JAM (Jesus And Me) meets once a month on Fridays 9-10:30am at St Peter's.  This is a time for children ages 2-5 and their parents, grandparents or caregivers to hear a Bible story, free play, have a snack. On Dec 8th the kids will participate in a Christmas service activity, hear the Christmas story and make a craft.  For more information please contact Heather Bush at 812-343-7487 or Amy Mocas at 812-344-6377
