Fitness for Christ! Life | Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes that combine faith, fitness, and fellowship. Classes provide the opportunity to be in community with one another while glorifying God through physical fitness.

Life | Fitness classes will meet once a week for 9 weeks. The Late Winter round of classes will run from the week of January 8th through the week of March 5th.  The class schedule and descriptions are listed below.


-1 hour classes cost $22.50 and 30 minute classes cost $11.25 total for 9 weeks

-If you would like to take multiple classes per week, please register for each class separately even if it is the same type of class.

-Scholarships are available, please contact or call (812) 372-1571 for more information.


You can register online (see below) OR pick up a registration form at the church/school front desk.  

*(must be 15 years or older to participate)

Online Registration: We will be using a new online registration system. Follow these steps below to register online:

1. Click on this link: Register

2. Create a new account.

3. Primary Parent/Guardian Information: Fill out required information for yourself (*Disregard “Select your relationship to your participants” question and “Additional Parent/Guardian Information)

4. Select “I am registering myself in an activity.”

5. Add New Participant: Select Yes for “Is the participant the same as the primary account holder?” and “Is the participant's address same as the primary account holder?” (Fill out birthdate and any other information required)

6. Programs Available: Select “Register” for all the classes you want to sign up for and click “Continue”

7. Program Information Needed: Answer the question and click “Continue”

8. Registration Summary: Make sure the information is correct and click “Continue”

9. Payment Information: Fill out your payment information and click “Continue”

10. Confirmation: Click “Continue” to submit the registration

        -Mondays 6:00pm-7:00pm


           Mat Pilates with Sarah

        - Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm


           Core  (30 minutes only)

        - Mondays from 8:00am-8:30am


         Senior Strength and Stretch

        - Tuesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm

        - Thursdays from 10:30am-11:30am


        - Tuesdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm

        - Tuesdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm

        - Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

        - Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm

        - Thursdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm

Class Descriptions

Dance Cardio with Katie (*This class is for women only): Dance cardio will combine a variety of dance movements for a fun workout!

Mat Pilates with Sarah: This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your core "powerhouse" muscles through a blend of traditional Mat Pilates and strength training exercises.

Core (30 minutes only): This class will focus on strengthening your core through exercises such as planks, bridges, and crunches.

Senior Strength and Stretch: A class designed for seniors to increase strength and flexibility in order to improve or maintain activities of daily living.

Strength/Cardio: This class is a full-body workout that uses a variety of strength and cardio training exercises.

Adult Sports open gyms

Adult Co-ed Volleyball: 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 7:30pm in the St. Peter's gym

Men's Basketball: Sundays at 7:45pm in the St. Peter's gym

*Must be 18 years or older to participate
