Fitness for Christ! Life | Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes that combine faith, fitness, and fellowship. Classes provide the opportunity to be in community with one another while glorifying God through physical fitness.


Life | Fitness classes will meet once a week for 9 weeks. The Fall round of classes will run from the week of August 7th through the week of October 2nd. When you register for a class, you are signing up for 9 sessions. *NO classes on Labor Day (September 4th).


Cost:

-1 hour classes cost $22.50 and 30 minute classes cost $11.25 total for 9 weeks

-If you would like to take multiple classes per week, please register for each class  

separately even if it is the same type of class.

        - Mondays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

              (no class on Labor Day: September 4th)

        - Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm


        Core  (30 minutes only)

        - Mondays from 8:00am-8:30am

             (no class on Labor Day: September 4th)

        - Wednesdays from 4:30pm-5:00pm       


        Senior Strength and Stretch

        - Tuesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm

        - Thursdays from 10:30am-11:30am


        Strength/Cardio

        - Tuesdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm

        - Tuesdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm

        - Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

        - Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm

Class Descriptions

Christian Alternative to Yoga with Kathi: A flow yoga class combining basic yoga postures, meditation and breath work. Classes will focus on transformation of body, mind and heart through prayer, practice and some simple ayurvedic self-care tips. "...be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2b NIV


Core (30 minutes only): This class will focus on strengthening your core through exercises such as planks, bridges, and crunches.


Senior Strength and Stretch: A class designed for seniors to increase strength and flexibility in order to improve or maintain activities of daily living.


Strength/Cardio: This class is a full-body workout that uses a variety of strength and cardio training exercises.
