Sermon Series Discussion - Mike Malinsky/George Denholm in Room 2164

While many will be participating in small groups during the Fall Series, this class allows people with irregular schedules to participate in the study.  Mike & George will share some thoughts on the previous week's readings and message and allow table discussions to dig into the material.


The Gospel of JohnJohn Herfurth in the India Conference Room (2161)

There are four Gospels.  Three have much in common - then there's John.  Come join the discussion to discover the differences and understand why God did this.


The Chronicles of the ApostlesPastor Chad Foster in the Gym

Using the book of Acts as a skeleton, we will study Jewish sources, Church fathers, and Christian history to reveal the often untold story of the disciples and their disciples all the way into the second century. Chronicles of the Apostles goes beyond the book Acts to follow the apostles around the world and tells the story of our Hebraic roots. Click here for class resources.


Sermon Series Small Groups - various rooms around the building

To allow as many people as possible to participate in small groups, we will make classrooms available during the Sunday Education Hour.  This will allow families to have their children cared for while they are studying.

Wednesday NITE Connections

Fall Schedule runs August 15 through October 3

  • Meals served from 5:30-6:15 PM
  • Classes run from 6:30-7:45 PM

Bible Investigation Class - Mark Teike in Room 2164

The Bible Investigation Class is offered for those who want to learn more about the Bible, who want to learn what it means to have a relationship with Jesus, or who have an interest in becoming members of St. Peter's. It is open to members as well as non-members.


LifeLight: Psalms - Buzz Clore in Art Room (4206)

This small group continues their discussion of the Psalms from last year, but welcomes new participants.  LifeLight includes home study followed by small group discussion.


Torah 2.0 - Chad Foster in the Sanctuary

This course will move through the first five books of the Bible from a distinctively Jewish perspective. Torah 20 will give you insights and practical applications that will enable you to have a richer understanding of Jesus our Messiah as well as a deeper relationship with our Father in heaven.  Click here for class resources.


Caring Community - Debbie Teike/Julia Slaughter in the Library (2163)

A group of people who want to share life and care for each other.


CrossSpan - Gary Goshorn/Rick Powell in Rooms 5108/5119

     meets on 1st & 3rd weeks of the month

This is a mutual support opportunity for families dealing with Alzheimer’s.


Angels of Hope - Kylee Jones/Megan Bozell in Parlor/Cry Room off the Narthex

     meets on 1st & 3rd weeks of the month

This is a support group for families grieving the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, looking for ways to find hope again through Christ.
